Far North Queensland offers some of the best adventure riding in Australia. The season is short (mid May to mid December) as summer in the tropics tends to be wet and the roads can become impassable at short notice.
At Cairns Motorcycle Hire and Adventure Tours, we have carefully chosen our motorcycle fleet for maximum enjoyment in Far North Queensland, focusing on weight, reliability, fuel economy and versatility.
Unlike most other countries, it can be a very long way between locations. And petrol stations. The terrain is challenging, the vistas breathtaking and for those of us who long for the freedom of true adventure riding, nothing else comes close.
Safety
We can equip you with an optional EPIRB (emergency position-indicating radio beacon) and an extra fuel tank is supplied as standard. Your bike comes with most tools required for maintenance on a long trip. All tyres have been converted to tubeless for ease of puncture repair on the move.
We also have ‘Check in with us’ options if you want us to track your progress and make sure you arrive at the day’s destination.
We’ll put you through a small familiarisation exercise to make sure you’re comfortable riding out on the fully laden bike of your choice.
